The customer went on to say that just about every girl there was gay, but they wanted to "change things up this time" by hiring a male stripper, as opposed to a female. I've been a male stripper for almost 20 years now and have seen many interesting things during this time, but even this was out of the ordinary.

Needless to say, I was intrigued.

I arrived and pulled my typical cop routine act, and the birthday girl fell for it. Then once she realized I was a male dancer, she laid down on the sofa and spread her legs and told me to "hump" her. So, I did. Then, she felt my legs, which she commented were smooth (I shave), and my ass, to which she remarked how nice it was. She was incredibly into it.

After a few more minutes, she said, "I think I might be bi," and, "This is better than hiring a female stripper."

I was flattered... And curious. Therefore, I asked why that was.

"The other girls we hired either had saggy tits or looked like they were run ragged and hung up to dry," she answered. "I'm actually getting turned on."

Fair enough.

The other girls were equally, if not more, motivated by my presence. Hands caressed my body, soft lips brushed across my skin, and eventually, someone pulled my thong down, exposing me to the entire room. Now this was where things became even more interesting.

The girls paused. Some flattered me with comments about my size. Others, stared in awe, as a few claimed to have only been with women and have never seen an actual penis up close and personal. One of the short-haired, macho-type girls asked if she could touch it. Well, this was uncharted territory for me.

"Go ahead," I said.

She gently tapped it, then quickly retracted her hand and giggled.

This produced a series of copy-cat behavior. Other girls wanted to feel, too. Two of the girls, I soon found out, were straight, and began taking turns jerking me off. The lesbian who initiated all this continued touching me, like a mischievous rascal, giggling all the while. She then produced 150 dollars, and handed it to me.

"Here's a tip," she said, "for showing us your cock... And letting me touch it. That was awesome!"

Things started to get more interesting from there. The two straight girls began exploring my body more and more. Some of the lesbians, some of whom were extremely attractive, began indulging themselves with each other. The birthday girl sat back with a grin and enjoyed the show with a grin on her face. But before things ventured to far, I had to call an end to the festivities. At least for my participation, not theirs.

I had another party, for which I was now running a bit late to. I was disappointed (and so were two of the straight girls) to leave the fun, but I had a commitment I planned to keep. Besides, I've earned all the money I was going to here (which was A LOT). Now it was time to earn more money at the next party.

The life of a male stripper, I thought with irony. Enter a hedonistic fantasy any man would enjoy and leave when the fun really starts.

Dion McTavishhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06979553545633614804noreply@blogger.com1tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4138618889224689815.post-29046029168067504502021-03-28T08:29:00.001-07:002021-03-28T08:29:06.046-07:00Two-Man Parties
COVID-19 really crippled the world last year, but here in my area, bookings have returned to normal... almost. The volume still isn't quite up to speed, but close.

One thing different is the number of bookings requesting two male dancers. To be clear, I hate when parties book two dancers. Even from my early days, I have always liked performing solo. I don't have to split tips, worry about what the other guy is doing, or whether he shows up on time. Plus, I like running the show my way.

There are some who like the "safety in numbers" factor from having extra help. Bad party? An extra guy can be handy in damage control. Big party? Two men can attack large crowds better than one. And for two dancers who have established a great rapport with each other, they can ultimately make a better performance and have the shared experience of a good time in some cases.

Then there is the advantage when having a seasoned veteran along, because he can provided an invaluable training experience. Being a seasoned veteran myself (closing in on 20 years now), I'm often the more-experienced half of the pair during these two-man shows, so the burden of running the show or training the new guy often falls onto me. While this isn't a problem in itself, I often get stuck with new recruits who cause absolute train wrecks of a performance. Either they aren't just cut out for the job (lack of charisma and the ability to read a crowd), or their ego far outpaces their ability to actually impress. Now being a former teacher, I like the prospect of passing on
knowledge and helping someone learn (thus my blog here), but the problem
is, much of my advice is ignored. After a few frustrating situations within the past year, I told my companies to leave me out of two-man bookings at all costs.

To be fair, companies love two-man bookings. It's double the profit for them, so they get a two birds for one stone deal. The problem lies mostly for dancers like me. I simply request to only do one-man parties. Fortunately for me, there are hardly any other male dancers in my area, so the companies rarely have the ability to send another dancer.

Dion McTavishhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06979553545633614804noreply@blogger.com0tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4138618889224689815.post-62031537731157616752020-08-06T20:36:00.001-07:002020-08-06T20:36:11.224-07:00COVID-19
I'm still alive. Coronavirus has crippled the industry for several months, but now things are booming again, because I've had scores of bachelorette/hen parties during the last three months (June to August, 2020). There are few things to note:

Are these parties isolating? Hell no.

Do they wear masks? No.

Is it business as usual? Yes.

It is what it is, I suppose. Anyway, I'm back to posting. One thing I may cover is corrupt booking agencies. I've worked for many - good and bad - and I'll be happy to share some stories.

Dion McTavishhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06979553545633614804noreply@blogger.com5tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4138618889224689815.post-52728328386644335002020-02-10T12:39:00.001-08:002020-02-10T12:39:21.959-08:00Pay Rate of Male StrippingFor the past 15 years, the industry standard pay for male strippers has not changed much. It is -- and has been -- around $125 to 175 in the United States for a bachelorette party, depending on the location and how far the dancer has to travel. Here are things that have increased in the last 15 years: inflation, minimum wage, and salaries for pretty much every other job out there. The typical pay rate for male strippers still remains unchanged, and with inflation added to the equation, it actually has decreased.

On average, I get offered $150 a show, not including tips. This sounds nice for one hour, but when factoring in the time for preparations and commute, a male dancer (who actually cares about looking presentable to clients) will often consume about 3 to 4 hours per party. For my rural area, that number actually increases to about 5 hours: An hour to get ready, an hour or two to commute there, an hour perform, and then the commute back. Sometimes it takes more than 5 hours, but let's say that takes 5... Then that's roughly $30 an hour, not including tips, which aren't even guaranteed.

That money doesn't factor in the wear and tear on the body, personal vehicle, and costumes a dancer needs for the job. Nor does it count the cost of fuel or other means of transportation. So really, that number shrinks even further.

These facts do not necessarily mean the pay is bad, but with the rise of inflation and other wages, the perks of male stripping are diminishing compared to 15 or 20 years ago. Now for a college student needing a quick weekend gig, this job is perfect. The same goes for a lot of people who have the free time to burn on weekends, or just need some extra pocket money on top of their day job.

Here's my point: I received $150 (not including tips) on average back in 2005 for a party. Now in 2020, I still only get offered $150. The salary hasn't changed, but the price of goods and everything else has. Having a male stripper was on her bucket list. The agent felt a deep sense of sympathy for her and vowed to get her a dancer.

Lately, I've been too busy to strip much. I've been doing fewer and fewer parties each year due to not having weekends free. This weekend was no exception, but my agent asked when free. He was trying to make it work for this girl. I actually had that particular day off, and hearing the story, I had to do the party.

Unfortunately, when I showed up, the girl with the terminal cancer was so sick that she was continuously throwing up in the bathroom and couldn't even watch me. I tried to stay as long as I could until she got better, but she didn't. I danced for her friends, but never got a chance to meet her because she couldn't come out.

It was also her birthday.

There was a notebook that everyone was signing for her. I wrote a long personal note and left her the badge for my police costume as a souvenir. Then I had her friends take some risque pictures of me in a thong just for her. It wasn't much, but I hope it would bring her a smile later.
She was a very attractive blonde and played along to every single game with candor, groping me unabashedly throughout the night. Eventually she stripped down to her underwear--a thong and a bra.

Her friends were equally as fun. They showered me with money, and the party continued on as most other parties, except this one was a bit wilder. Several breasts came out, along with the massage oil and an almost nude bride.

Then, two men showed up.

The bride and her friends had met them at a bar on the previous night. The party invited them in, and they watched me in the background and stayed out of the way while I massaged the bride. They were friendly enough and seemed like your typical, ordinary college guys.

After the party, when I put on my clothes, the bride began giving these two men lap dances, alternating between them. She was debating which one was her favorite. One of them joked and pointed to me, saying "I think he is your favorite." Everyone laughed.

After a few drinks, the bride invited the two men to the bedroom along with the maid of honor. They closed the door. This upset a few of the girls who knew the absent groom.

I collected my money and left. I had done what I was paid for.

On the way home, I thought about how some men worry about the brides cheating with the stripper. While this does happen on occasion, I think more of the cheating happens at the regular bars and clubs.

And could I have slept with the bride? Sure. I could have pushed that envelope and maybe succeeded. She was very receptive to me until I announced that I had to leave. I probably would have done so when I was much younger.

But as I had said, I show up to do my job and leave. Not stir up trouble.
That place was quite the destination for bachelorette parties. I've done quite a number of parties in Mexico Beach, so it looks like I won't be back to perform at that place for a bit. Here's to a speedy recovery for them.

A few years ago, I made a post about a female stripper, Farrah De Lis, who ripped off her customers along with her agency. After that, I had a reader send me a Youtube video about her (which I shared, but it has long since been taken down), and another reader e-mail me about how his party got ripped off by her (I didn't post this). You can read the original story here: Farrah De Lis Rips Off Agency

I had forgotten that I had written about her, but lo and behold in August of 2018, her shenanigans pop up again. Just recently, someone anonymously posted this little gem in the comments section:

Her name is Sara Drescher, she is a career criminal. Her Facebook
profile is Sarah Michelle. She was arrested for prostitution recently in
New York City. She has made a life of stealing and scamming. Her
father’s name is Gregory Drescher, and ex convict himself.

Surely enough, she is on Facebook under the name, "Sarah Michelle."

Unsurprisingly, there are worse things attached to her name than scamming others for money and allegedly being arrested for prostitution.

In 2004, there was a girl named Sarah Michelle Drescher (with a matching age) that was arrested in relation to a murder suspect in this article: Man Found Guilty in 2004 Henry County Slaying

Here's another article where the victim's mother blames Farrah De Lis (or the girl sharing the similar real name and age) for the murder of her son:

By Mark Randall / Eagle Staff Writer
March 8, 2005

The family of a man found murdered in Henry County are praising the
persistence of a sheriff's investigator for breaking open the year-old
case, leading to the weekend arrests of five additional suspects who are
now charged with capital murder.

Authorities on Saturday arrested Sarah Michelle Drescher, 20 of
Headland, Mark Anthony Hammond, 36, of Newton, Morris Scott Mathis, 23,
of Dothan, James William Bailey IV, 27, of Dothan, and John Edward
Parmer, 24, of Dothan, and charged each of them with capital murder.
Charges pending against James Adger Stuckey, 28, of Dothan, were also
upgraded in connection with the March 2004 murder of Charles James "CJ"
Hatfield.

Henry County Sheriff Lawton Ed Armstrong said the six arrests are the most ever in a capital murder case in the Wiregrass.

"This is probably the most individuals for one capital case in this area
that has ever been charged, certainly in this county," Armstrong said.

Hatfield was found shot to death in a rural area of northwest Henry
County off County Road 104 last March by Henry County Coroner Derrick
Wright and his brother Clay Wright, who were scouting for turkeys.
Hatfield had been shot three times in the upper body.

Stuckey was arrested last year and charged with Hatfield's murder but
the case remained closed for the most part up until a few months ago
when Sheriff's Detective Allen Hendrickson re-opened the case and began
chasing down leads, often on his own time.

According to Armstrong, new information linked the five to the murder.

"It was a hard case," Armstrong said. "We had a body that was found in
western Henry County and we had to start from scratch. But we were able
to continue getting information in this case and had enough to charge
them with capital murder."

Armstrong said all five of the individuals arrested were known to associate with each other and knew Hatfield.

"They were all acquaintances," Armstrong said. "They knew each other and
the victim. They just kept quiet and kept their stories intact so they
wouldn't break."

Authorities believe the shooting was drug related. Hatfield accompanied
Stuckey to Atlanta to buy about $3,000 worth of illegal drugs, according
to police. While in Atlanta, the two men were robbed. Stuckey believed
the robbery had been set up by Hatfield and responded by shooting him,
police said earlier. Hatfield was seen in Stuckey's company prior to the
shooting.

"I think that theory still stands basically probably over some drugs," Armstrong said.

Armstrong said they believe all five were present when Hatfield was shot
and that there was more than one shooter involved. Police recovered a
.38-caliber gun they believe may have been the weapon used to kill
Hatfield from an acquaintance of Stuckey's and found another, a .380
handgun, in his truck.

Hatfield's mother, Doni Mobley, said her son was easy going and well liked but hung around with the wrong sort of people.

"He didn't deal drugs," Mobley said. "He would use them occasionally but
more in a social setting. He would go back and forth at times and just
hang out with the wrong people."

Davie Green, Hatfield's ex-girlfriend and mother of the couple's four year old twins, blames Drescher for Hatfield's demise.

"I think it's all her fault," Green said. "CJ (Hatfield) was not friends
with them. CJ was dating Sara. She introduced him to Stuckey in order
to have some stuff go down so that they could afford a place to live.
That's when all this transpired."

Green said Hatfield went to Atlanta with Stuckey hoping to get enough
money to rent an apartment for himself and Drescher. They were living
with Drescher's grandmother at the time, she said.

"Seeing all of them really made me angry just for the fact that the
families are here crying," Green said. "CJ wasn't a perfect person. CJ
did things he should not have done. But he doesn't deserve this. Nobody
deserves this. You have six people who in one year could have said
something at any time and didn't. I'd like to see all of them found
guilty."

I've been working more hours in my professional life, which means more money, but less time to strip.

My current salary outweighs taking time off from work to drive a 3 or 4 hour round trip just to earn $200 or so. I earn more than from my professional job, so taking time off to strip means I would actually lose money. Sure, there are times when I can earn over $300 a show, but that's not a guarantee whereas my salary is. That means the only time I have for stripping is when my day off coincides with the bachelorette party, and lately, that's been uncommon.

Despite all of that, these parties are still interesting, entertaining, and shocking.

For instance, at a recent bachelorette party, several girls placed a few sliced strawberries on a very attractive girl, even lifting up her dress and putting some on her underwear. I ate the strawberries off of this girl's breasts, took one from her mouth, and went for her panties...And discovered a string from her tampon hanging out. She later bled on the couch. The other girls were so drunk that they didn't notice the blood stain and sat on it.

Another party had a lone lesbian. The girls perked up in amusement when I started dancing with her, expecting her to be uncomfortable or uninterested. To their astonishment, their woman-loving friend really liked me, making comments about my ass, body, and "smooth legs" (I shave them before the parties).

What happened after my show surprised me.

This girl and I began talking in the kitchen and commented on what we liked about the other girls like two guys being pervs in a sports bar. She called random girls over to dance with us, groped them and me, and had me feel them up too. It was great teamwork. She said that we'd make beautiful babies if we got together, but she'd probably cheat on me with other women. I told her that I would help her cheat on me with other women. I would have loved to follow up with a date, but sadly, she lived far away.

As I have said before, every party is different.
John Worboys, who used to work as a male stripper:

https://www.thesun.co.uk/news/5921622/family-reveal-stripper-booked-for-birthday-party-was-black-cab-rapist-john-worboys/

Just for the record, this guy worked as a stripper in England from 1987 to 2000, so the standards from that time period have definitely changed. In fact, I'm sure that the only reason he got work was due to the lack of competition at the time. No agency in their right mind would hire this guy today based on his physical appearance. They would tell him to hit a gym in the very least.

The lady in the article complained that when he stripped at her party, he stayed for an hour afterwards without putting his trousers back on, and pigged out on the food. For all of you aspiring/current male dancers, don't abuse the hospitality of your customers like this, because it's a common complaint.

It seems like John Worboys could not transition from the stripping profession in a proper manner, as he found himself in prison, which he probably deserves.

Hi there, interesting experience. I wanted to ask, this isn't a typical
stripping story but one of being hired for "mutual satisfaction". Is
this common in the stripping business? What is the line between
stripping and being hired for "extras", obviously this would be your
personal take on what that would be.
You provide great insight into a profession that so little is known about. Thanks

Getting hired for "mutual satisfaction" isn't common in the stripping business, but it's definitely not uncommon. I'm sure that any decent male stripper who has put in some time on the floor has received at least one such proposition in his career.

Personally, I get such offers every once in a while--meaning that for every hundred party I get, one of them may be something like the massage wife scenario. The companies I work for also affect this statistic, because most of them turn away such clients and mainly stack me with female-only birthday and bachelorette parties.

To answer your last question, there is a line between stripping and getting hired for extras. I always tell the client that I'm there to strip, massage, or entertain without promising anything else. I don't want to promise some lady a great massage with a happy ending, only to arrive and discover that she's so unattractive that no amount of viagra would give me an erection for her. If sex happens, then it's completely consensual and desired by both parties.

The massage wife story just happened to work in both of our favors. I found the wife attractive, and she found me attractive, and we proceeded from there. Otherwise, I would have only given her a massage and left. Dion McTavishhttp://www.blogger.com/profile/06979553545633614804noreply@blogger.com2tag:blogger.com,1999:blog-4138618889224689815.post-2751369686769173002018-02-09T01:32:00.002-08:002018-03-22T22:56:43.265-07:00A Massage for the WifeDuring the summer of last year, I signed up for a bachelorette party that was unlike the typical group of party girls. First off, the customer was the husband. That's not so strange in and of itself, but he requested pics with my company before proceeding with the booking. With my permission, the company complied and sent him pics, to which he responded that I was "perfect." Great... He also wanted to talk to me on the phone a week ahead of time, which is very unusual. I had a hunch where this was going.

The following phone conversation confirmed my suspicions.

"I want to give her a good surprise," he said. "and I figured a male stripper would be perfect for her." He rambled on about how hot she was despite being in her forties. According to him, she taught classes at a local gym and was in great shape.

"Do you think she'll like this surprise?" I asked, wary of the outcome.

"Oh, she'll love it... Put it this way: I would be happy if both of you walked away from this satisfied. Do you catch my meaning here?"

I did. But I was still skeptical about surprising the wife. Given my experience in the profession, some women really hate such surprises from their husbands, especially having a complete stranger come over to strip. It makes them feel very awkward.

Surely enough, the husband called me back a few days before the so-called "bachelorette party." He told the wife and she was not pleased. "We may have to cancel," he said, sounding completely disappointed. "She said, 'absolutely not.'"

I wasn't surprised. However, I had a solution. "Instead of telling her there's a male stripper, why don't you tell her that you booked a private massage session for her?" I suggested. "That sounds much more appealing and less appalling. It'd be like a nice trip to the spa, but a home delivery type of service."

A brief pause. "You know, that's a good idea. I'll do that." He reiterated that despite the massage, he wanted me and his wife to walk away from this encounter satisfied.

Apparently, the wife did not object to the idea of a private masseuse. The next night after performing for two bachelorette parties, I arrived at their condo, which was on the beach. I wore a three-piece business suit to look professional. I carried a bag with extra clothes, a portable speaker for music, massage oil, and several condoms.

A fierce storm raged outside as I knocked on the door to the condo.

The husband answered. He was tall, standing a few inches above me. Although his hair was white and close cropped, his face had a younger look. He still looked like an older man, just not quite that old. He greeted me and gave me a firm handshake. His upright posture and matter-of-fact demeanor gave me the impression that he was former military. "Come on in," he said. "She's in the living room."

I entered the living room and saw her sitting on the couch. The wife was blonde, tan, and wearing only a bath robe. She was very attractive and the slit of the robe revealed her well-toned thigh muscles. She stood up to give me a hesitant handshake, but quickly sat down and said nothing more.

The husband said, "Here, you two get to know each other. Do you want me to leave the room?" I knew she felt awkward. Hell, I felt very awkward.

I flashed her a smile and said, "Your husband was right. You look very attractive and fit. Do you work out a lot?"

That broke the silence, as she politely answered me, even telling me about her workouts. I continued conversing with her in the most outgoing and carefree tone possible. The husband offered me a beer, but I declined. Finally, I asked the wife if she was ready for her massage. She stood up and said, "lead the way."

As we entered the bedroom, lightning flashed through the windows followed by a loud thunderclap, and suddenly the electricity was off. It was complete darkness, save for the occasional lightning flashes.

"Goddammit!" the husband swore in the other room.

"I guess we're doing this in the dark," I said to the wife.

"I might as well take off my robe," she said, "since it's going to get in the way of the massage."

I agreed. Her robe fell to the floor and she climbed in bed. I stripped down to a thong, even though she couldn't see me in the darkness. I used the light of my cell phone to navigate the room. I pulled out the massage oil and started with her back.

She was tense, but quickly relaxed as I worked my way towards her legs and down to her feet. Then I placed her foot upon my bare chest as I started on her other leg. I eventually kneaded her muscles and made my way back up to her ass, which was round and firm.

"You must train a lot," I said. "Your ass feels amazing."

"Squats," she replied. "And thank you."

I spent more time than necessary pressing my thumbs into her glutes. After that, I had her turn over onto her back, so I could focus on her shoulders and arms. Her round breasts, augmented with silicone, were barely visible in the darkness. My hands began rubbing them, eliciting a moan from her. They moved down to her inner thighs. She parted her legs slightly as if inviting me to go further. I did.

She was very wet.

Several minutes passed. Her moans became louder. Her hands began caressing me.

"Do you want more?" I asked her. I was quite sure she did, but I wanted verbal confirmation.

"Yes..."

"One second." I retrieved a condom from my bag. I climbed atop of her and her legs parted to embrace me as I slowly entered her. She was very sensual. I thrust slowly back and forth as she ran her hands along my arms. She squeezed my muscles, and then traced her fingers across my chest. Finally they found my ass where she took a firm hold. The occasional lightning flash illuminated her breasts and her face, as though providing a teasing glimpse of the view.

The massage had already heightened her senses. It didn't take her long to climax. She grabbed my hair as she shuddered, gasping my ear. I did not last much longer. I turned her over and entered her from behind, grabbing her round firm ass. It was one of the most muscular ones that I've felt. The sensation of being inside her combined with the feel of her ass sent me over the edge. I pulled out, took the condom off, and painted her ass with warm cum. Some of it shot onto her back. The rest I rubbed onto her ass cheeks with my cock.

"I need to get a massage from you every time," she purred. "Did you enjoy yourself?"

I told her that I did. I meant it.

Before I could get too comfortable, her husband barged into the room. "I forgot to pay you," he said, handing me a wad of cash.

I didn't know what to say. It's a strange feeling when you just shot a load on a girl's ass, and her husband walks in and gives you money while your cock still on her ass. I guess he wanted to see the aftermath before the towel wiped it all away, not that he could see much with the power being out.

"Did you two have fun?" the husband asked.

"Yes," the wife said.

"Can I get you two anything? A coke? Beer? Water?"

"No thanks," I said.

"Okay, let me know if you need something," he said, shutting the door behind him.

I sat there hovering over the wife from behind her ass, holding a wad of cash in my hand. Some of the bills fell onto the bed. It was too dark to count it. I assumed it was the appropriate amount.

"That was awkward," she admitted.

"Somewhat," I agreed.

We both got dressed. Ironically, the power came back on. The husband wanted me to stay longer. "Go have your way with her again," he offered. "She can't get pregnant, so fill her up."

I politely declined, stating that I had to wake up early in the morning, which was true. But really, I was worn out. This whole event was stressful. There was high expectations that I would satisfy the wife, and a good amount of money was involved. I felt obligated to do a good job. It wasn't a regular hook-up where I could relax. I had to perform, and it had to be great.

The wife thought so.

She sent me a text the next day. Her husband gave her my number. She wanted me again for her next vacation. So far, nothing has materialized yet, but she periodically contacts me with provocative pictures (sorry, I'm not going to share them here). Unfortunately, I've been too busy to follow up, but we'll see what the future brings.
So if you haven't read them and plan to do so, you might want to get them soon.

You can order them here:

"American Stripper" (memoir): https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B00ZGQG3DQ

"Behind the G-String" (how-to become a male stripper): https://www.amazon.com/Behind-G-String-Dions-Becoming-Stripper-ebook/dp/B00MGRUEYM/

I have several reasons for removing them. The first and foremost is because of the sex content. While some of my readers love my sexual encounters, I find that it detracts from narrative.

My second reason is that I will replace the memoir with a new one. The current memoir covers my first two years of stripping. I've been stripping 15 years, so it makes more sense to actually cover 15 years instead. It will focus less on the porn stories and more on the details of working as a male stripper. That way the reader will learn more about the actual stripping job than reading about my escapades. I know some of you like hearing about my romps with hot girls, but you can simply find videos all over the internet for that!

As for "Behind the G-String," I will update it and give it a facelift. I put that book out in a hurry and left out some important things. It will have another section dedicated to strippers beyond the United States, and even some new interviews. Some of those agencies listed on the book are non-existent now. Once again, I'll remove the stories of my sexcapades.

That comes to my last point: For those who like the stories of my "sexual conquests," I might release a collection in an entirely different e-book. I have been surprised and flattered through the years about the demand for them (especially from female readers!).

Thank you for reading, and I'll keep you informed through updates.

Cheers,
His name is Tommy, and he's a great guy (who looks a helluvah lot better).

Here's an interview he had with another male stripper, who asked to remain anonymous, so he will be referred to as "MS." You can read the whole transcript on Tommy's website (http://goldcoastmalestripper.com), or simply continue reading below:

Tom:
When did you start male stripping and why?

MS:
Around
2011/2012. I started because I needed money. I got out of a long term
relationship, and I obviously had to pay her out for some things because
we lived together. So times were tight, and instead of working in a
bar, I turned to male stripping.

Tom:
Do you enjoy male stripping?

MS:
I
do, I like to see people enjoying my performance. Its like any job
really, you go out, do the best you can and hope everyone enjoy's it.

Tom:
Has your enjoyment of stripping changed from when you first started as opposed to now?

MS:
I
was probably more excited when I first started, but now it's more like a
job. However I still get the joy out of seeing everyone
laughing/smiling when I dance.

Tom:
Can you give us some insight into how girls act when you are dancing?

MS:
Well
each situation Is different, some girls act very reserved because they
have had a bad experience with male strippers. Other girls act very full
on, and can be very 'hands on' with touching and grabbing.

Tom:
What do you get more often? The crazy girls or the reserved girls?

MS:
If the brides 'mum' or 'nan' are there then
it's generally more reserved. However when it comes to just the girls,
thats when they are more wild.
For me, the ages between 25 - 35 are
more reserved, but below AND above those ages the girls tend to be very
wild. The ones who have been married for 10/15 years, they get right in
to it!

Tom:
What does a male stripper need to be successful in the industry?

MS:
Obviously
the body, it's your image, so that's how you sell yourself. But more
importantly I would say your personality. You can be the best looking
guy in the world, but if you can't hold a conversation, you're not going
to get anywhere.

Tom:
Have you seen the film Magic Mike? Whats your opinion on the film? Is it realistic?

MS:
Yeah
I've seen it, I don't know what its like in America, but in Australia
it's a bit different. I wish I had money thrown at me! The girls in the
film seem very intense, but in reality thats not always the case.

Tom:
So what are the differences in stripping here in Australia compared to the film?

MS:
I
generally do private jobs, so when I rock up to a hotel/house,
everything Is organised (music, payment) before I walk in the door. But
if you were to do a stage show that would be more similar.
I'd say the main difference is the money, we don't have tipping in Australia, so the show is all paid up front before I start.

Tom:
There
is a scene in the film where 2 male strippers dress up as cops, attend a
house party to dance for money, then end up being attacked by a group
of males.
Have you had any experiences like this? Any men attack you whilst dancing?

MS:
Yeah, my third week when I first started
doing shows. On that night I had 4 shows on then I got a last minute
booking for a 5th show. It was a 21st Birthday organised by the mum.
I
was only dancing for about 5 minutes and still had about 90% of my
costume on, when her boyfriend suddenly got jealous. I got pulled off
her and next thing you know punches started to get thrown at me. He was
quite drunk so he wasn't very good at hitting me, and then his
girlfriend spear tackled him into a group of friends.
His mates then tried to fight me, but I grabbed my stuff and left straight away.

Tom:
Did the organiser tell you before the show there was going to be males attending?

MS:
No,
I wasn't Informed. Now I always ask agency's to tell me if there are
males at the party. 18th's, 24th's and other big birthday celebrations
are generally mixed crowds.

Tom:
What are the most popular types of events you get bookings for?

MS:
I
would say Hen's parties are the most popular, 21st's are probably
second and after that you have your 'big ones' the 40th's and 50th's
where the husband will hire you to dance for his wife.
Divorce parties are getting bigger now, they tend to be absolutely mental.

Tom:
Whats the weirdest event you have been booked for?

MS:
I've danced at an 80th birthday, and I've performed at three baby showers.

Tom:
Baby showers!?! Really?

MS:
Yep!
Sunday morning baby showers! We're talking 10AM in the morning. They
were all lovely girls, but it was just a weird situation.

Tom:
Haha, tell me more about the 18th birthday parties, what are they like?

MS:
Wild,
those ones are very wild. And even the 18 year old guys get really into
the show, cheering and having a laugh. I sort of feel like they are
learning something also! haha.

Tom:
Have you ever had anyone under 18 at a booking before?

MS:
Yes
I have, I always ask before hand, or If I think somebody looks under 18
I'll ask them. And if it's ok with everyone in the room, I will still
perform, but only down to a G string, never full nude.

Tom:
Do you have any friends/family that disagree with what you do?

MS:
All
my family knows what I do. I didn't want to keep it a secret, because
I'm originally from Western Australia, and where I'm from word travels
fast and eventually everyone finds out.
It's mainly only my big bosses at work (my day job) that I don't tell.
My family has supported what I do, and they have even advertised me on some occasions to friends for hens parties.

Tom:
Whats some of the craziest things you have seen In your time as a male stripper?

MS:
I
had a group of girls start getting naked during my show once, I had no
idea why, they must have pre-planned it or something. It was about 10
girls I think, and it sort of just turned into a weird half naked dance
party.
I also had a girl bite me so hard on my chest I started bleeding!

Tom:
Bite your chest!? What did you do?

MS:
I pushed her away, packed my stuff up immediately and left, I had to do 5 other shows that night with bandages on my chest.

Tom:
Did they apologise to you?

MS:
The other girls did, but the hen (the girl who bit me) did not, she was really drunk.
I've
also heard stories from another guy, who once said he bent over to pick
up his costume after his show, and a girl stuck her finger right up his
bum!

Tom:
So whats your policy on when girls get very "hands on"?

MS:
2 warnings, they don't get a 3rd.

Tom:
Do you get girls often wanting to engage in sexual contact with you?

MS:
I
have had offers, and when they do come on to me, I kind of laugh it
off as a joke, as most of the time the girls are very drunk. I'd say 1
or 2 parties out of every 10, there will be a girl wanting to engage
sexually.

Tom:
Anything embarrassing happened during a show before?

MS:
I have slipped a couple of times on wet floor tiles, which kind of throws away the shows sexy vibe haha,

Tom:
What costumes do you have?

MS:
Cop, Soldier, Sailor, Fireman, Construction worker, Top Gun, superman/clark kent, doctor.

Tom:
Do you have a girlfriend/partner? If yes what do they think of your job?

MS:
No current partner but I have had girlfriends since I have been doing this.
I
find it's always a novelty to begin with, but 6 months in, it becomes
the drag on the relationship. Mainly because your always working on the
weekends and dancing for other girls instead of spending that quality
time with her. Ultimately stripping has always damaged the relationship.

Tom:
Do you intend to keep stripping for much longer?

MS:
It's
one of those things that has a limited shelf life. I'll go for as long
as I can, but I don't want to be that 'old guy' with photos from 15
years ago haha.

Tom:
Thanks for chatting today mate, it's been good talking to you.

MS:
No worries, my pleasure!
However, I'm still here and it's now 2018.

That means I have started this gig 15 years ago in 2003. Back then, I was a shy 21-year-old kid who was terrified at the thought of taking off my clothes in front of a group of girls. I had abs and a good build back then, and I feel quite pleased that I managed to maintain the abs and even added some more muscle in the last 15 years.

My situation has changed drastically though. In 2003 I was a college student living in a small apartment. Besides school, my schedule consisted of stripping, gym, and chasing girls. Getting laid consumed my whole outlook on life.

Now it's 2018. I own my own house (no mortgage - yay!), work all the time, but still spend time in the gym. Instead of chasing girls, I pursue good investments and ways to make more money. I'm also planning retirement, etc. My, how times have changed. Of course I'm not opposed with going after a special interest, but my priorities are much different. I guess that's called getting older.

I still plan on doing parties. I love them (most of them). It's a fun job, and it motivates me to continue conditioning my body. I think without stripping, I would have devolved into a dad-bod state by now.

If I had one major complaint about stripping in the last 15 years, it would be the money. The average pay has not really increased with inflation. In fact, I don't get that much more than I did 15 years ago per party. Some of the companies charge the customers more, but the pay rate is almost the same. Hell, it is the same if you choose the wrong company. A newcomer may not mind this (which is why many companies still underpay), but a veteran definitely would.

Nonetheless, expect this blog to continue into 2018. I have a few more interesting stories to share, and even some from other male strippers. Thank you for reading. I am always humbled that those of you who follow this blog would take your time to read my stuff. As long as there are readers, I will continue writing.
October is the last month of the year to offer any substantial stripping work, although there are the occasional odd parties in November and December. Overall, I had a decent year, though my main booking companies have changed.

Fun party from this summer

During my last post, I lamented about a certain company that offers poor service to the customers and shitty pay to the dancers. Well, they don't offer me as much work any more. Occasionally, they'll text me for a show, but I usually turn them down. I suspect there are three possible reasons for the lack of shows from them: 1) They hired a few other guys who'll work for table scraps; 2) They're moving me to the bottom of the list because I turn them down often; 3) Their price tag of $350 is driving the customers to seek other, more affordable competitors (I find this to be the most likely reason).

Now my bookings have been coming from two smaller companies. They don't quite get the large volume of customers, but they both pay me better and treat the customers right. Therefore, I'm still making about the same amount of money.

As we approach 2018, I'll be entering my 15th year of service in the stripping industry. As long as I pace myself, I think I can squeeze out a couple of more years. The job is still fun as ever, but it takes a toll on the body. I take it easy now and have eased up on the wilder encounters for the moment. Plus, the two companies I mentioned are having me train the rookies.

For you younger guys with a good work ethic, now is a good time to get into the industry. Many companies are having trouble recruiting due to the lack of qualified millenial applicants; most are failing to show up for the initial training, or they're just not cut out for the job. If you have what it takes, competition is not as fierce as it once was.

I would write about the experience, but she spared me the effort and chronicled the details of the event on her blog.

Please check her page out here: https://www.mariaroselaveau.com/
She takes takes bookings along the Gulf Coast area, from the Florida Panhandle, Southern Alabama, Mississippi, to New Orleans. She's also very pleasant to talk to and very professional (and carries a very positive attitude about her work), so I highly recommend her.

It's been a little over five months since I have stripped at a party. In fact, my last party was training Craig. My agents have been calling me throughout the winter months, but I had to turn them down due to prior engagements or parties trying to book me at the last minute. Plus, this year has been the worst year as far as my health goes. I've never been so damn sick in my life. I had a stomach virus in February, followed by a sinus infection with a week-long migraine, and the flu to top it all off at the beginning of March.

Finally on March 10, I was good enough to do a bachelorette party. I still had bouts of coughing that lingered from the flu, and I was rusty from the lack of working lately, not to mention gym time.

Luckily these girls had low expectations. According to the girl who hired me, most of the girls never had a male stripper before. She did, though, and it was a bad experience.

The previous stripper tried to take a more sexual approach rather than an entertaining or fun routine. That unnerved many of the girls, who were rather new at this whole male stripper business and were looking for something a bit more tame. He wasn't in very good shape either. Then he got angry because he felt the girls weren't tipping him enough. He yelled at them about being stingy and left.

He set the bar of expectations rather low for me.

The bride from Friday, March 10

I went easy on the bride, who seemed almost overwhelmed at first. He maid of honor warned me about this prior. When the bride finally relaxed, she warmed up to the idea of body shots. I even ate various fruit such as grapes and strawberries off of her body. Those who experienced the previous male stripper told me that they wish they had me earlier.

I was relieved, but on the inside, I was struggling. My leg muscles were beginning to spasm from dancing, possibly because I was just coming off of the flu and hadn't exercised lately. I spoke to the girls as little as possible, because I was suppressing my constant urge to cough in silent agony.

Not only were the women nice and easy to please, they were an attractive group. I saw a few girls wearing skin-tight leather pants that really made their asses stand out. The bride even wore leather shorts, and she was quite the looker.

Some of the girls invited me to stay for a bit, but I left early because I couldn't hold my need to cough uncontrollably much longer. Still, I lucked out to get this group considering my condition.

Saturday, March 11, 2017

This bachelorette party was wild. Now I don't mind wild, but they were a little too aggressive for me.

The bride wanted me to choke her, and she tried to choke me several times to demonstrate exactly what she wanted, but in her inebriated state, she was much rougher than she needed to be, and I had to redirect her hand elsewhere until her mom told her to stop.

The maid of honor (also the girl who hired me) wanted me to get rougher on the bride and call her degrading names like "cum slut" and "whore". Some of the things she and the bride wanted me to do were very questionable, possibly bordering on assault. At one point, she wanted to make out with me. The bride's mom was present the whole time in the living room, and the look on her face told me that she did not want her daughter acting out wildly or me to oblige. The expression of several other girls mirrored the mother's. So I politely declined. That was when the maid of honor called me a "coward."

I ignored her insult and carried on cautiously, but she later punched me in the chest and told me to "stop being a pussy." The punch didn't hurt at all, but it did anger me. I almost left, but instead, I stopped my performance and firmly told her and the bride the typical boundaries between male dancer and customer. Some of the quieter girls who didn't participate nodded in agreement with me. The maid of honor and bride calmed their antics for the remainder of the party. The damage was done, though. I wanted to leave.

When my hour was up, I announced that I had to leave. I was still feeling weak from the flu, and these girls were getting too demanding for me. The bride and the maid of honor wanted me to stay longer, but I told them that I had somewhere else to be. They seemed surprise that I wasn't interested in partying with them. I probably would have over ten years ago, but I'm 35 years old now. My intolerance for such disrespectful behavior far outweighs my sexual urges.

Surprisingly enough, they tipped me rather well.

Sunday, March 12, 2017

This was a 22nd birthday party. These girls were a great group--very friendly and charitable. I was feeling much better by today, so my performance was on fire compared to the previous two nights.

During the height of the party, someone told the birthday girl's boyfriend about me. He called her up screaming in anger. He must have said some very nasty things because I could hear her bawling in the next room behind a closed door. What a nice way to wish her a happy birthday.

His temper tantrum caused many of the girls to voice various negative opinions of him. I had to agree with them. Now I could understand his outburst if the birthday girl was acting like the wild bride from the previous night. But she didn't do anything wrong and was unaware of having a male stripper until I arrived. Even when I stripped, she behaved well enough.

Since the birthday girl was upset and the atmosphere of the party was ruined, I had to cut everything short and leave. The other girls were disappointed.

The next day, I sent this text to her best friend: "Thank you for hiring me. Please tell (birthday girl) happy birthday for me. She did nothing wrong and I hope she enjoys the rest of her time down here.
He did well considering it was his first bachelorette party. I had him tag along to a second party. He needed more experience before I sent him out to do this alone.

This time, I delegated Craig to be the star of the show, meaning he would start and finish while I watched in the background. I would only act if he was faltering and needed backup.

The party took place in a beach condo. Craig and I pretended to be part of the property management, warning the girls about their noise level. Craig did great opening up, and I stood by the kitchen counter with the girl who booked me, occasionally talking to her while he stripped and danced.

The party turned out to be quite brutal for him. The bride, a beautiful and slender blonde, seemed appalled at the idea of having a male stripper. As Craig stripped for her, she leaned as far back in her chair to distance herself from him as far as possible. After he took off his pants and shirt, he thrust his foot onto his lap, motioning her to remove his sock. She did so with great reluctance and a sour look on her face. I made a mental note to talk to him later about having girls remove his socks.

Craig did the best he could, but the bride eventually threw out her hands as though to ward him away and said, "I've had enough."

He circled the room trying his luck with the other dozen girls. They tipped him and he danced with a few, but soon he was drenched in sweat. He soon looked to me for help. The tense awkwardness radiated from the crowd, and I knew this would end poorly.

The girl who booked me even sensed this. "I think you need to go out there," she said.

I approached the bride and began dancing. She shook her head. "I don't want this," she said. "It'd be best if you two would leave."

I leaned down and spoke softly to her, "We're here because your friend hired us to show you a good time... not make you feel uncomfortable. If there's someone else you want me to dance with, let me know and I'll start with her."

The bride paused in thought, then pointed to another girl. I sauntered over towards her, and she accepted my approach with gusto. Craig removed himself from the living room to watch. I felt bad for him, because he got a tougher audience than before. I wanted him to have a wild and easy crowd to ease into, instead of one that made him feel like shit.

I worked my among the girls, adding more and more physical activities such as taking body shots from various girls and vice versa. Eventually, the bride had a change of mind. She pushed her way towards me and said, "I want a turn now."

Several of her friends gasped at her in awe. The bride wanted to outdo everyone and took body shot after body shot from me. We ate cake icing from off of each other and took several lewd pictures together.

During this time, she confided that she did not like Craig and felt "weirded out" by him. Craig made matters worse by attempting to sing a romantic country song to a group of girls on the sitting on the couch. He had a good voice, but his song didn't go over well. The other girls listened patiently, and politely applauded him when he had finished. He took this as a cue to continue singing. I groaned inwardly.

The bride wanted him to shut up. I caught Craig's attention and motioned for him to stop, which he did.

"What the hell is his problem?" the bride asked me.

"He's learning," I told her. "It's really difficult to throw yourself out there when a room full of hot girls are sizing you up. Most guys either freeze up or overdo it."

"Yeah, he came on too strong and the singing act has got to go," she said. "But now that you mention it, I can see how most guys would get nervous."

I didn't want Craig to hear her criticism of him, so I changed the subject by redirecting her attention back to some lewd games.

By now, everyone relaxed and felt at ease. Several of the girls invited me and Craig out to the club afterwards, and even prepared for us some homemade Cajun jambalaya.

The bride introduced me to one of her single friends who really liked me. I had since forgotten her name, but we took a picture together (which I will post on Instagram in the near future). Looking back, I should've gotten her number.

The other girls invited us out to the club once more, but I politely declined. I had to set an example of professionalism. I later explained to Craig that most of the drama occurs by going out with the girls, so it's best to avoid going out in general.

After the party, I took Craig home. On the way, he said, "Man, sorry about screwing that up. I couldn't work that crowd at all."

"Don't worry about it. It's all about experience. I had it tough when I first started, too."

"Really?"

"Oh yeah. It's like any job. The more you do it, the better you get. Experience goes a long way. You'll get there if you keep at it."

"Thanks for the encouragement, Dion."

"No problem, just one more thing: Don't sing. We're there to dance and give the girls some fun activities to do. We're not musicians."

"Yeah, I did that because I was nervous and didn't want to stand around doing nothing. This job may seem easy, but it can be tough."

I nodded. "You hit the nail right on the head. This job is an easy job, but at the same time, it's not. It's easy pay for the amount of work you do, but very few guys can pull it off. Otherwise, there'd be loads of guys doing this everywhere."

As I spoke those words, I realized that I was going to have a difficult time training rookies into this profession. I felt as though Craig took a step backwards with this party, and I wasn't looking forward to walking him through another. And I definitely wasn't looking forward to training another complete stranger all over again.

Unfortunately, Craig is one of the better candidates as I soon discovered over the next few weeks. After Craig, I had two prospective new-hires chicken out at the last minute. They simply did not answer my call or text messages.
Many customers often go about doing things the wrong way, and I feel bad for them. But most of these mistakes CAN be avoided.

First, let's go over what NOT to do:

1) Do NOT settle for the first company that pops up on a google search.

It might be a horrible company. Explore your options first.

Very few of my customers can ever recite the name of the company they used when they booked me. That's pretty bad considering they have given their credit card information, name, and address to a company they did little to no research on. Although it's difficult to find actual reviews on these companies, you can always ask key questions (see #3 below), or find a company that accepts cash only, which is to be paid to the dancer upon his or her arrival.

Keep in mind that almost every company out there will tell you that they have a dancer available (even if they don't) just to get your credit card information. If they don't have the dancer, they'll call a company who does, and both companies will take a good cut of the money, passing all of the extra costs to the consumer (you). The dancer only gets a fraction of this money, too.

Unfortunately, the dancer has no say in this matter and is often ignorant of it. As a result, you'll probably be less likely to leave a good tip because the bulk of your money is spent paying both of these companies.

2) Do NOT try to book a stripper at the last minute.

Well... You can try, but you may not succeed.

I cannot tell you how many bachelorette parties call and expect me to show up within an hour. Here's a reality check: I don't sit by my phone all day waiting for bachelorette parties to book me. Most of the time when I get a call, I might be working my full-time job, running errands, or even hanging out with my family or friends.

Strippers are not like taxi cabs -- ready to be deployed at a moment's notice. You cannot call and simply expect one to show up at your door within 15 to 30 minutes. It takes time for a stripper to prepare for your party, which may include showering, shaving, costume preparation, etc. Then there's the commute, which often takes at least an hour or more (my average commute is 1 hour and 45 minutes).

That's why most companies prefer if you book your stripper at least a week or even a month in advance. The company and the stripper can schedule you in and prepare accordingly. Remember that other customers book us too. First come, first serve.

So don't call a company at 10:30 p.m. on a Saturday night, and expect them to get one of their dancers to drop everything he's doing in order to be at your party within 30 minutes. It's not going to happen.

3) Do NOT expect the dancer from the website.

Most companies pull the ole "bait and switch" routine. That means they'll promise you whichever person you pick from their website and send you someone else.

You may book this guy...

Unfortunately, this happens ALL THE TIME, and it's the dancers who pay for it. I can't tell you how times I have shown up to a party and the girls look quite surprised that I'm not the guy they ordered from the website. All of a sudden, I'm doing damage control because the company lied to them to make a quick sale.

The truth is, most of those pictures on those websites are probably not employees. Even if they are, they won't travel across the nation to work your party for a few hundred dollars. Remember, most of these companies will lie to get your credit card information and make a quick sale.

...But get this guy instead.

Not all companies are liars, though.

A few companies are more upfront, especially the smaller and more local ones. Some of them will even text you pictures of the EXACT guy who's showing up. The company on the previous post does this, along with a few others I have yet to mention. This is a good way to determine whether they are lying about who's showing up or not.

When it comes to options, the only real option you have comes down to ethnicity. I know that most companies ask bachelorette parties whether they want a black or white guy. Some areas such as California or South Florida may add a Hispanic option to that list.

Even then, they'll still send whoever is available. I know this firsthand, because I've walked into several parties who demanded a black guy or a blonde guy, and they looked rather surprised when I showed up.

4) Negotiate on the Price

Believe it or not, you can haggle for a better price. You may not always get it, but you can try.

Most people don't negotiate and pay the first quote they get, which is often too much.

Keep in mind that there are several factors that affect price negotiation. First, there's the dancer's commute. If he or she is driving a long way, then you may not be able to ask for a cheaper rate. In fact, you may have to pay more than usual. The second is availability. The more demand there is from other customers, the more likely a company can shrug you off as a customer.

When in doubt, shop around. Just don't take too long doing so. Remember that the demand for these private party dancers often exceeds the supply, so sometimes you have to hurry and get them before they're all booked out.
Women rarely plan their bachelorette parties in November and December with holidays like Thanksgiving and Christmas around the corner. The majority of people spend this time with their families, not planning a girls-night-out in another town.

Now there's an exception for touring groups like the Chippendales. I'm sure they draw a crowd whichever city they happen to be in at the time. But for private party strippers like myself, we can kick back, relax, and enjoy the weekends that we missed out on during the spring and summer months.

That's why it's important to have a career not related to stripping. The dead seasons would starve your average male stripper, unless he managed to pull a large sum of cash with plenty of extra to last him through the winter months.
I'll be using this extra time to write again.
Most have professional looking websites and what appear to be the hottest dancers money can buy.

Here's a little known fact: Most of them are shady and crooked. I know this because I've worked for most of them at one point or another.

Now let's analyze some bullshit tactics these companies employ:

1) Overcharging the Customer

Some of these companies charge an upwards of $300 (price for male stripper) or more for a one-hour private show. The dancer will be lucky to see even half of this amount.

2) Having a Fake Roster on the Website

When choosing your stripper from the company website, you can often pick your top choices from a list of many hot candidates. This is all bullshit. First off, that company might be lucky to even have one of those guys/girls in their roster. Even if they do have that person, he or she is definitely not going to show up for your bachelorette party in the middle of Kansas.

3) Contracting Dancers Via Other Online Companies

This is a very common practice with almost every companies.

Sometimes these companies won't have even a single dancer in your area. When this happens, they don't turn the customer away. Instead, they'll lie to the customer and say they have a dancer and need to check for availability. This "checking" involves calling other Internet booking companies asking for available dancers. If another company has a dancer available, then the second company will tack on their own charge, and both companies will profit at the expense of the dancer and the customer.

In other words, Company A gets a call for a male stripper in Biloxi, Mississippi, but doesn't have a stripper in that area. Company B has a dancer available in Biloxi. So A calls B for the dancer. Then A calls the customer and assures them that a stripper will show up, but the normal price of $300 will now become $350, because B needs a share of the profit, and A is too greedy to reduce its price. Company A charges the customer's credit card, then turns over the customer's information to Company B to finish the business transaction with the customer and stripper, which involves having the stripper collect the remainder of the money as cash.

On top of all that, A has never even seen the dancer from B. Thus, the stripper shows up to the party unaware of any promises made by Company A. Also, if the stripper causes trouble, the customers cannot really complain to Company A, because the stripper works for Company B.

As a result, there is little to no accountability in this, plus the stripper makes much less in tips because the customers are already paying up the ass to both A and B.

4) Underpaying the Strippers

Like I said earlier, strippers would be lucky to see half the amount these companies charge customers.

Sometimes, it goes like this: Company A gives a price of $300 to the customer and charges the customer $100 on the credit card; the stripper collects $200 in cash from the customer and has to send $75 to $100 of it back to the company in the form of a "booking fee."

So out of a $300 transaction, the company makes $175 - $200, while the stripper makes only $100 - $125. Sometimes, the stripper makes even less than that.

That's complete bullshit since the stripper is the one doing all the work, all the driving, and causing all the wear-and-tear on his vehicle. All the company did was take the phone call and make the sale. Of course, maintaining a business and marketing has its own cost, but not enough to justify raking in most of the stripper's profits.

5) Lying to Customers

Having a fake roster is just one lie, and these companies will build on that.

For instance, if a bachelorette party requests a black guy only, and the company only has a white guy, you can bet that they will promise the customers a black guy and send the white one. I call this the ole "bait and switch."

This pisses the customers off to no end, and they often take it out on the stripper.

The companies will also tell the customers that every dancer will have every and any costume available without actually confirming with the dancer. So imagine the customers' surprise when they ask for a cop and the stripper shows up without looking like a cop.

It all comes down to this: some companies will tell the customer whatever they want to hear in order to make a sale; to hell with consideration for their customers.

6) Lying to Strippers

And to hell with consideration for their employees.

Many companies like to keep their strippers in the dark as much as possible. The more ignorant the stripper is about booking fees, then the less the company has to pay him or her.

On top of that, if the customers request a particular race (i.e. black, white, Latino, etc.), and the stripper does not fit the criteria, the companies will not only lie to the customer, but they will fail to inform the stripper of this fact. I know this, because I have stumbled upon several parties who requested a "black male stripper only." Their shocked looks were not amusing at all. I would have to do damage control or pull out every ounce of charm to calm these customers down and have them accept me. Nonetheless, some would still turn me away, causing me to waste my time and money spent on gas, which the company won't compensate.

7) Sending Shitty Strippers

All companies prefer sending their best strippers to these parties. And by best, I mean the ones who are the most reliable and least likely to generate a complaint. Once these companies make a sale, they don't want to hear from the customers again, and sending a pro is the best way to ensure this. However, if all the best are booked full, then they send the next best and so on. Sometimes they have no options and send the worst.

I call this tactic "sending a body." It means that the company has no one of quality available, but does not want to lose the sale, so they send someone they shouldn't. Basically, they're just send a living body to show up and collect the money without any regards to customer service.

This tactic hurts the industry as a whole, because it scares the customers from ever hiring strippers again. There are plenty of horror stories to go around. All because a company wants a single sale.

So there you have it... The 7 things you need to know about Internet stripping companies. Unfortunately, I'm not going to publicly list any names of bad companies here.

Keep in mind that not all internet stripping companies are bad. There are several good ones out there, which I will list in other posts (the next post will have one). However, the majority of these companies practice several--if not all--of these tactics to a certain degree.

Whether you're a customer or prospective employee, keep these things in mind when dealing with these companies so you can prepare yourself for bullshit situations and act accordingly should they arise.
They recently tasked me to training and hiring rookies in my area. I thought this would be an easy task. Hell, I wrote the book on it, right? Well, it hasn't been as easy as I had thought.

My first trainee has a lot of potential. Let's call him Craig. I met him at the gym. Blond hair, blue-eyes, and very muscular, he has his fair pick of women. In terms of physical conditioning and height, he has me beat completely. I think he looks much better, too. In fact, he has won several bodybuilding and physique competitions in his time, and he's the one who gives me training advice.

However, all of those attributes do not translate into success in this industry... But they do help.

He tagged along with me to his first bachelorette party. I had him watch me for a few minutes before joining in.

It was a tougher crowd than usual because most of the girls were shy and didn't want to participate. The girls, along with the bride, were still quite sober. I managed to get them to play along, but I could see an inexperienced male stripper struggle with them. Then I motioned for the Craig to join in.

He stripped out of his clothes for the bride. He was doing fine, but then he decided to try a little too hard. He attempted to execute a few acrobatic dance moves, utilizing the coffee table in the living room as a prop. He succeeded in knocking over several drinks, causing them to spill everywhere.

I shuffled past Craig, whispering to him in a low voice, "No acrobatics or anything. Those moves will end up breaking furniture in small places like this."

Craig nodded in response as I assisted the girls in cleaning up the mess. Craig continued focusing on the bride.

When Craig took off his shirt, the girls were impressed. His torso looked like a super hero from a comic book. The tips started flowing well for him until he became drenched in sweat. Then they didn't want to touch him. He motioned for me to take the spotlight with the bride.

I went down my usual list of games for bachelorette parties: body shots, bobbing for dollars, and lick-the-icing-off-the-stripper. Craig watched in the background and took note. In between games, I asked if he wanted to try his hand, but he declined and pointed to his body, which was still drenched in sweat.

I wrapped up the party after the last game, because the girls didn't want anything too wild. I asked the paying customer how Craig did, and she gave a thumbs up. "He was a little sweaty," she said, "But he did fine."

Before I left, I knelt down in front of the bride and congratulated her on her upcoming marriage. "You were very sweet and polite the whole time," I told her. "And you're also very beautiful, and your soon-to-be-husband is a lucky man to have you. I wish you both the best."

Tears welled up in her eyes as I spoke. She wiped one eye and said, "That's so sweet..."

We hugged, and the other girls thanked me.

"Now I feel like we're friends," the bride said to me. I smiled and kissed her cheek.

When we left, I told Craig he did a great job. He really did. Not every guy can walk into a room full of girls and strip down to a thong and dance with ease.

"Man, I usually don't sweat like that," he said. "But I got so nervous! Those girls were hot. I wasn't expecting them to be so damn hot."

"Most parties are full of hot girls," I said. "You get used to it. Just pace yourself with the dancing. No crazy dance moves. If you have four or five parties in a row, you'd tire yourself out. Plus, you don't want to accidentally fall or kick a girl."

"Definitely. Sorry about that."

I waved a dismissive hand. "Don't worry about it. You gotta make mistakes to learn. But the girls liked you, which is good. Looking forward to the next party?"

"You know it, brother."

I continued giving Craig pointers about the job as I drove him back to his house. Teaching someone how to become a good male stripper isn't easy. Craig had a few more shows after this, and I'd have to do this all over again with the other new employees.
