Male Stripper Brutally Beaten in Ireland

"I can't even walk properly anymore." Renoir Taha

When going to gigs as a male stripper, you should always be cognizant of your surroundings and with the people you're interacting. In Ireland, a male stripper named Renoir Taha claimed to have been attacked by the so-called customers who booked him.

Here's the story as reported from the independent.ie:

Taha said he couldn’t find the house he had been booked to visit. When he tried to call the woman who had made the booking, a male voice answered and told him to wait in the housing estate.

“When I was waiting, three guys came in a black car. Two of them came to my side of the car, and one of them went to the passenger side.

“He asked me to get out of the car, and as soon as I got out the guy was aiming to hit me, so I jumped back into the car.

“My girlfriend was already out of the car, she ran out because the third guy was hitting the windows with a steel bar, so she ran out and started screaming for help,” he said.

After his girlfriend had escaped, the men targeted Renoir and began to beat him with the bar, as he rushed back inside the car.

“At first, I thought it was a robbery but they weren’t trying to take my phone or my car, they were aiming to hit me.”

He managed to crawl out of the passenger side and started running as well.

As his girlfriend called for help, several residents of the estate came out of their homes, but Renoir said they merely looked on.

“I called the GardaĆ myself and when they came, we were completely in shock.

“The three men fled, and they have not been caught,” he added.

Renoir works a minimum of five jobs every Saturday, each lasting between 15-25 minutes, and charges €100 per job. Donning costumes such as a police uniform, he travels all over the country for his work, visiting houses, pubs and hotels to perform for groups of women and men.

“Most of them are hen parties and birthday parties. I sometimes do baby showers, but that’s very rare,” he added.

“I am very professional, I don’t head off with any girls. I respect the women, they are just there to have a good time, not some weird guy coming up and trying to get with them.

“I have good feedback, I always try to make the best out of it and ensure the girls are enjoying it to the maximum.”

Renoir is unable to return to work immediately due to his injuries.

Dion's advice:

Your company should screen shady customers. In the very least, they get all the credit card information from the customer, thus weeding out the time-wasters and scammers. I don't know if Renoir got this gig through his company or privately, but if you do take private bookings, ask questions and screen the customers thoroughly.

Also, don't get out of the car when three guys approach and ask you to get out. Taha could have driven off, but instead, put himself in a compromising position. If your gut feeling tells you something isn't right about the party, just cut it as a loss and cancel. Walk away from a bad situation if you have to. Don't worry about the money.

Of course, I live in the U.S. and carry a gun everywhere, so I'm not worried so much by three men attacking me in this situation. Nonetheless, I try to avoid shady parties like this whenever possible.

Georgia Peach

Last weekend on my way to a birthday party, I got behind an S.U.V. that had "Florida Bound" written across the back window, and the license plate depicting the state of Georgia. We were both heading towards Panama City on a four-lane highway.

As I passed the S.U.V., the driver honked the horn many times. I looked over and saw several girls waving at me as they sped up and passed me. Then they slowed down. I decided to play along with them, so I passed them, honked the horn of my truck, and flexed my bicep as I passed them again. They cheered.

A few minutes later, they honked the horn at me and passed me again. This time when I looked over, the driver had pulled her bikini top down and was shaking her bare breasts at me. I gave her a thumbs up, considering that a more-than-fair trade.

At the next stop light, the S.U.V. pulled up next to me in the left lane. The passenger handed me a sticky note. I opened it up and it had the driver's phone number along with her first and last name for Facebook.

That was the most interesting way I had ever gotten a number off a girl.
