Q: I want to become a male stripper. What do I do?

A: Check out my book: Behind the G-String: Dion's Guide to Becoming a Male Stripper ; you can also click on the "Becoming a Male Stripper" tab at the top of the page to read the first few chapters.

Q: Can you tell me where or how I can get an agent?

A: Yes. I have listed a few in my book. My agents asked me not to list their companies here due to the large volume of applicants they receive on a daily basis.

Q: Can you refer me to your agent?

A: Not if I don't know you.

Q: Can you help me get a job as a male stripper?

A: I can help as far as answering questions and giving advice.

Q: Can I send you my pics and stats and get your opinion on whether or not I can be a male stripper?

A: Sure, why not? Just don't send pictures of your penis. I really hate it when people do that.

Q: So do you have a job besides male stripping?

A: Yes. I have a full time job that pays quite well.

Q: Are all male strippers gay?

A: Most are not. Here's a more in-depth answer: The Male Stripper Gay Myth

Q: Do girls try to do anything with you?

A: Yes. Read the stories.

Q: Do you have an escort with you for protection?

A: No. I'm pretty sure that I can fend off most women... Though, there are a few exceptions!

Q: What happens if a jealous guy wants to fight you? Or what would you do if a group of guys wanted to jump you?

A: I attempt to leave without a fight. If that's not possible, then I take the necessary actions to assure I leave safely.

Q: How many women have you slept with because of this occupation?

A: More than I would have if I had never stripped!

Q: Do you go totally nude?

A: It's happened before.

Q: How big is your penis?

A: Big enough that I'm content about it.

Q: Do you allow pictures/videos at your party?

A: Yes.

Q: Do you get nervous stripping for women?

A: When I first started. Now I rarely get nervous.

Q: How tall are you?

A: Around 5'10"

Q: How much do you weigh?

A: I fluctuate between 170 lbs and 185 lbs., depending on how well I am eating and how cut I am.

Q: What other jobs have you done besides strip?

A: I have worked as an English teacher, personal trainer, logistics administrator, assistant accountant, editor, model, etc.

Q: Do you have serious relationships while working as a stripper? If so, how does that work out?

A: Yes. Some girls didn't mind while some got jealous and wanted me to quit.

Q: Can you write more stories like (insert suggestion here)?

A: Sure, but on two conditions. If the story has actually happened and when I get around to writing it. I take my readers' requests very serious since you are the ones who give life to this blog.

Q: Have you become jaded with women as a result of this job?

A: Not at all! For the most part, women treat me well. There are good women and bad women. I tend to avoid the bad ones.

Q: How often do you work out?

A: My regime fluctuates. When I'm extremely busy, maybe three to four times a week. Ideally, I try to train five times a week.

Q: How much longer will you continue stripping?

A: I'll probably continue until my late 30's, maybe early 40's if I still look young enough. I'm in my early 30's now and most strangers mistake me to be around mid 20's, so there is still time left. Besides, I feel that I'm looking better than ever.

Q: What do you plan to do after you quit stripping?

A: I haven't planned that far ahead. Right now, stripping is my part-time work. I have a good-paying job and plenty of hobbies and projects to fill my free time. All in all, if I took stripping out of the equation, I'm still a very busy person.

Q: What do you plan to do when you get old and ugly and no girls will look at you anymore?

A:  Set new goals and reach them. Read more books. Vacation. Indulge in hobbies. My existence does not revolve around looking young and getting laid.

Q:  What kind of women do male strippers like? (example: bigger, petite, fit, etc.)

A:   It really depends on the male stripper. Some guys like bigger girls. Some like petite. Others like fitness models. The occupation does not determine one's personal tastes.

Q:  When is your memoir going to come out?

A:  June 2015.

Q: Any advice for aspiring male strippers?

A: Yes. Don't ever treat male stripping as a career and a full time job. Learn and polish other job skills in the meantime. We all age and beauty fades. Always have a backup plan to safeguard against failure.

Treat stripping as a business and the females as valued customers. It's a competitive business, so make sure you outshine your competition, whether it be in looks, professionalism, courtesy, and integrity.

One last thing: The world doesn't owe you anything. It was here first. Go out and earn everything yourself.
